I started Mountain Much back in 2016 after graduating from California State University Northridge. It really started off as a hobby, as cooking and baking have been a passion of mine since the age of nine. Fast forwarding today, Mountain Munch has evolved into a platform that promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle through delicious and beautiful recipes, travel, workouts, outdoor activities, and body positivity.
The inspiration behind Mountain Munch was not only food, but also my fitness journey as a cyclist. I started mountain biking back in 2015, and have been cycling ever since! My body has completely changed in the course of those five years by keeping an active lifestyle and eating healthy. I also noticed a huge boost in confidence, and strength that I never knew existed.
My recipes are all about eating healthy and delicious, and you bet I eat carbs! The mountain munch is no joke when i’m riding my bicycle 100 miles per week. I’d love for you to embark on this adventure with me!
